Affiliate Policy

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to registered Cashly account holders in good standing who meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Services. One affiliate account per person and per household. We may decline, suspend, or remove any participant at our discretion.

2. Referral commissions

You may earn a commission on the Rewards earned by users who sign up through your referral link, at the rate displayed in your account at the time of referral. Commission rates, qualifying activity, and payout minimums are set by us and may change at any time. Referrals only count where our tracking records the sign-up as attributable to your link.

Commissions are Rewards and, like all Rewards, have no cash value until redeemed and are subject to the redemption requirements in our Terms of Services.

3. Self-referral and prohibited promotion

You may not:

• refer yourself, create additional accounts, or use friends, family members, or paid actors to generate referrals that do not represent genuine new users;
• use bots, scripts, emulators, VPN or proxy misuse, incentivised click farms, or any other automated or artificial means of generating referrals or traffic;
• send spam by email, SMS, direct message, comment, or any unsolicited channel;
• bid on Cashly brand terms in paid search, or run ads that could reasonably be mistaken for official Cashly advertising;
• impersonate Cashly, use our name, logo, or trademarks in a way that implies employment, partnership, or endorsement without written permission, or register domains, handles, or app names containing our brand;
• promote CASHLY on sites or channels containing adult, hateful, violent, or illegal content, or on platforms whose rules prohibit such promotion;
• promote CASHLY to anyone under 16, or in any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited.

4. Honest claims

You must not misrepresent what Cashly is or what it pays. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, specific income amounts, instant payouts, or "free money", and do not present example amounts as typical results. Where required, disclose clearly that you receive a commission for referrals.

5. Enforcement

Where we determine, in our sole discretion, that a referral was obtained in breach of this Policy or our Terms of Services, we may withhold, reverse, or void the affected commissions and Rewards, remove you from the Program, and suspend or terminate your Account. As set out in our Terms of Services, we are not obliged to disclose the specific fraud-prevention signals or methods underlying such a determination, subject to your rights under applicable mandatory law.

6. Changes and contact

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, including commission rates and qualifying activity, at any time and without prior notice. Continued participation after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@cashlyrewards.com.
